I hope not to be inappropriate, Gabriele, in giving you my sincere feedback on this shot.
The PDR is a classic but it does not have to deter it, rather, it stimulates you to do something more. Personally, I would have avoided the gradient in the sky and kept the lowest exposure to light the natural light but not "kill" the artificial one. Undersecretion would give natural drama to the sky because of gray clouds.
I do not know if you share this point of view, but this is the best of comparison.
I really like it, but the Grand Canal is perfectly silky. You seem to be able to walk on it.
Last consideration: if I stopped on this shot it is because it deserves appreciation, though reading keys seem a bit likeverse.

Il PDR è un classico ma non per questo deve scoraggiare, anzi, stimola a fare qualcosa di più. Personalmente avrei evitato la sfumatura in cielo ed avrei tenuto l'esposizione più bassa, per sfruttare la luce la luce naturale ma non "ammazzare" quella artificiale. La sottoesposizione avrebbe dato una naturale drammaticità al cielo per via delle nubi grigiastre.
Non so se condividi questo punto di vista, ma questo è il bello del confronto.
Mi piace moltissimo, invece, il Canal Grande perfettamente setoso. Ti sembra di poterci camminare sopra.
Ultima considerazione: se mi sono fermato su questo scatto è perché merita apprezzamento, anche se le chiavi di lettura sembrano un po' diverse.
