Ho realizzato questi scatti in un contesto a dir poco emozionante... davanti a me la natura stava creando un vero e proprio spettacolo epico: decine di fulmini che si "schiantavano" a picco nel mare, alcuni dei quali sembravano quasi voler illuminare la notte a giorno, diramandosi nelle nuvole, dando vita ad una vera e propria dimostrazione di potenza degli elementi. Il forte vento che soffiava, non faceva altro che rendere il tutto ancor più suggestivo, e mentre la fotocamera scattava, mi gustavo un'atmosfera (letteralmente elettrizzante!) che sicuramente non scorderò facilmente.
