Patrick - with respect, the Spire is absolutely upright, which I checked and re-checked. However, the roofline of the cathedral does dip as I am not entirely square on to it - and the foreground undulates somewhat. There was only one viewpoint to have the fence and gate exactly in front. So, the image is upright and I correct your comment that says the contrary.
