buono il panning, forse pende leggermenete verso dx.
Avrei decentrato di più, spostando tutto vs dx, in modo da dare maggior spazio alla scia, enfatizzare il movimento di uscita del soggetto dalla foto.
Ovviamente mio personalissimo giudizio

Good panning, perhaps hanging leggermenete towards the right.
I decentralized more, by moving the entire vs. dx, so as to give greater space to the wake, to emphasize the outward movement of the subject from the photo.
Of course my personal opinion

E' percepibile la pendenza dx . Mi piacciono il viraggio, la maf e i contrasti. Ritaglierei la parte superiore, non acquatica, ottenendo un taglio panoramico che mi sembra più funzionale. (IMHO) .
Puoi fornire anche un titolo come indicato nel regolamento? . Accompagnare con un titolo la foto postata permette di sfruttare un qualsiasi motore di ricerca per individuarla  .

It 'perceptible slope right. I like the color change, the maf and contrasts. Ritaglierei the upper part, not aquatic, obtaining a cutting panoramic that seems more functional. (IMHO).
You can also supply a title as indicated in the Regulation? . Serve with a title the photo posted allows you to use any search engine to find it ;-).
