Con i mezzi e le conoscenze che ho più di così non riesco a toglierlo.. Più che rumore mi pare che siano i soliti artefatti che sugli sfondi scuri vengono fuori dal processo TIF/JEPEG. Grazie del suggerimento. Ciao!!

Andrebbe bene ma con il rumore hai portato via anche la nitidezza. Non so se è dipeso dal ridimensionamento che hai fatto. Comunque sei bravo in PP cosa per me ostica!! Grazie !!

Si forse ho esagerato con i vari parametri, perchè come hai detto tu lo sfondo ha un atrefatto, e più difficile da togliere, comunque io con una definizione del genere sarei più che contento, anche se io sono spesso molto autocritica verso me stesso.
