Ciao Claudio, cercherò di essere il più chiaro possibile, come sappiamo la macro avendo degli ingrandimenti molto alti e messe a fuoco su distanze molto corte, la profondità di campo è molto ridotta, quindi potrebbe uscire spondaneo dire "chiudo il diaframma per aumentare la PDC", ovvio sperimentare è la migliore cosa, ma facendo così si rischia una diffrazione molto alta e l'effetto "vignettatura", quest'ultima nella tua foto si nota abbastanza lungo i bordi della foto, non è un vero e proprio difetto, c'è addirittura chi la mette di proposito per un suo gusto personale.
Per quanto riguarda la maf nella macro, dipende da che soggetto si fotografa si usano tempo medio lunghi, e diaframmi che vanno da f8 a f14 se vogliamo esagerare anche f16-f20 e uno scatto con un buon parallelismo con il soggetto, treppiede stabile, specchio alzato per evitare le microvibrazioni e scatto remoto. Inoltre se la pdc non basta, si usa la tecnica del focus stacking, abbastanza complicata in mano libera e con soggetti non fermi, appunto per evitare questo, sveglia all'alba quando quasi tutti i soggetti sono ancora fermi e addormentati.
Ovviamente questo è un mio parere e consiglio personale, non va eseguito su ordine MrGreen
