Bella luce e bei colori.
Avrei spostato i rami leggermente più in basso a sinsitra (così sono troppo centrali).
La firma è OPRRENDA per posizione (un po' più a margine?) e colore (un colore che riprende uno presente nella scena?): impediscono la piacevole visione della foto.

Piacevoli le cromie, la composizione, la tridimensionalità , il punto di ripresa e la nitidezza.
Da togliere la macchiolina al centro sull'orizzonte (sensore sporco).
Comprendo i tuoi timori ma credimi ... quel colore fa a pugni con l'immagine e la collocazione
quasi al centro distrae lo sguardo .
Questo è uno dei tanti esempi dove la firma è discreta ma adempie alsuo compito:
ricordare all'osservatore che è un'opera coperta da copyright .
Poi la stessa dicitura la puoi inserire nei dati exif.

I understand your concern but believe me ... that color is at odds with the image and the location
almost in the center distracts the eye.
This is one of many examples where the signature is OK but fulfills alsuo task:
to remind us that a work is copyrighted ;-).
Then the same words you can insert into the exif data.
