Col gran caldo sopravvenuto ho celebrato l'ultima delle mie torte per la colazione fatte con le mie mani, realizzandone una versione non del tutto dietetica. All'impasto consueto allo yogurt (con le solite due uova invece di tre, niente latte, e un'aggiunta di circa 60gr di fecola di patate) ho aggiunto anche un etto di cioccolato fondente (rimanenza di un uovo pasquale rimasto in casa) e sei pesche saturnine (o piatte, o a tabacchiera), tre nell'impasto e tre per la copertura. Prima di infornare, ho cosparso le pesche a copertura con dello zucchero a velo. Il risultato (che mi sto gustando in questi giorni) è croccante fuori, consistente e dolce dentro, anche se ho limitato lo zucchero a un etto. Riprenderò ad accendere il forno quando il clima di Cologno lo consentirà.
