Ciao Robby, spiacente deluderti ma è "il solito" pecchiaiolo.....
Al di là della struttura, guarda quante strie ha sia sotto l'ala che nel sotto coda, le aquile non ne avrebbero mai, in nessun piumaggio.

Un bel falco pecchiaiolo giovane .........infatti i tuoi dubbi erano penso sulla testa che assomiglia molto al genere aquila
questo esemplare probabilmente ha un eccesso di cera e testa molto grossa possono capitare certe anomalie .....
un mio amico ne ha fotografata una ugale proprio li in liguria in quel periodo, magari forse è questa ...ciao .................
