Very nice motif, very pleasant composition. Honestly, there is no reason to - in my opinion - misstreat this image with the HDR process. In my eyes, there is too much microcontrast applied and the clouds have a disturbing color cast. I do understand that the darkish clouds carry a good portion of the atmosphere in this image but it is too much color in clouds which are in general grey if not colored by a sunset or sunrise.

I agree that HDR technique might be useful to reduce the exposure difference between the sky and bridge but my advice would be to reduce the amount you apply.

Thanks for the comments. The colour cast was caused by a cheap ND Grad. With HDR I find people either love it or hate it. I'm experimenting with it at the moment. I'm coming to the conclusion that less is more.
