Non l'ho usato tanto quindi non posso aggiungere molto a ciò che ho già scritto.
I punti positivi secondo me sono la nitidezza anche a 400 mm e f/6,3, la compattezza e maneggevolezza, uno sfocato per me gradevole, e una immagine in cui non ho riscontrato particolari aberrazioni cromatiche.
Lo stabilizzatore a volte mi sorprende positivamente, a volte meno ......
La mancanza del collare per fissaggio secondo me per le caratteristiche "disimpegnate" dell'oggetto non è particolarmente grave, ma molti la pensano diversamente, quindi .....
L'auto focus è preciso ma, non usandolo su oggetti particolarmente mobili, non penso di essere la persona adatta a giudicarlo bene.
Ultima cosa: rispetto ad altri tele economici che ho avuto, posso dire che rispetto al 70-300 vr Nikon qui siamo in un altro pianeta (specialmente alla massima focale disponibile, mentre fino a 180mm ricordo il Nikon molto gradevole), mentre il 70-300 Canon IS era sicuramente meglio del Nikon, ma questo è meglio.
Di più non riesco a dirti anche perché non sono molto esperto in generale.
Purtroppo non mi pare siano uscite tante prove e anche il profilo della lente su DxO Optics Pro è ancora latitante.
