A Piacenza è di scena Giovanni Francesco Barbieri, detto il Guercino, artista barocco nato a Cento che, quasi 4 secoli fa, nel 1627, ultimava una delle opere più significative della sua carriera di pittore: il grandioso ciclo di affreschi che decora la cupola del Duomo.
