la val Varrone è la valle di Premana (Lecco) - scende dal monte Tre Signori al confine con la provincia di Bergamo - questa valle era ricca di baite d'alpeggio...ora in parte ristrutturate ma purtroppo in parte rovinate con interventi impropri - Rimane comunque una vallata ricca di boschi di larici dominata da montagne importanti come il tre Signori e il Legnone
