Stroppo (CN), la chiesa alpina dedicata ai Santi Pietro e Paolo, maggiormente conosciuta con il semplice epiteto di Chiesa di San Peyre. L'edificio sorge su di un precipizio in prossimità della strada che conduce alle borgate più alte della valle e al bellissimo paesino di Elva. La sua edificazione risale al XIII secolo, in una zone isolata a 1.223 mt. di quota, con una struttura con tre navate principali che terminano con una volta a botte. Sul lato orientale della copertura sorge invece un campanile a vela con due monofore, accanto al quale venne innalzato nel XIV secolo un campanile gotico a quattro piani, mentre l'interno è contraddistinto da uno spazio piuttosto articolato e custodisce pitture, molto belle, risalenti al tardo Medioevo.
