Siamo rientrati da meno di una settimana in Italia dopo un bellissimo giro in India alla ricerca delle tigri. Direi che tutti siamo tornati a casa con tante immagini che non ci saremmo sognati all'inizio del viaggio. 13 diverse tigri più 3 leopardi...niente di meglio! Il clou del viaggio è stato senza ombra di dubbio l'incontro con una giovane mamma ed i suoi 3 piccoli. Sapevamo che erano in "zona" ed abbiamo girellato in su e giù per un po', quando il mio compagno di jeep vede la mamma a pochi metri da noi. Caccia con successo un bel sambar e dopo qualche minuto attraversa la strada. Sentiamo distintamente i richiami dei piccoli che reclamano la loro mamma. Passa mezz'ora ed eccoli finalmente a pochi metri da noi mentre si dirigono verso una pozza d'acqua fresca. I 40° si fanno sentire...i due giorni successivi li abbiamo passati sempre vicino alla pozza in attesa di qualche bell'immagine che effettivamente c'è stata, poi abbiamo voluto rischiare. Un passaggio in mezzo alla foresta, qualche metro libero e la speranza di vedere comparire la mamma con il piccolo. Andata male per 2 safari, alla fine, al terzo tentativo di attesa eccoli spuntare dalla giungla...caldo, mosche e moscerini, zanzare e polvere: si dimentica tutto in fretta e si scatta. Pochissimi secondi assieme, il piccolo che guarda la mamma con aria di ammirazione e sicurezza, poi spariscono di nuovo verso la giungla. Pochi secondi ma che io ed i miei compagni di viaggio non scorderemo mai. Un saluto a tutti, Ale
