, 1/50 f/14.0, ISO 250, tripod. Specie: Melitaea didyma

Nome scientifico: Melitaea didyma (Esper, 1779) Dimensioni: Apertura alare: 34 - 46 mm. Distribuzione: paleartica: diffusa in Europa, Nordafrica e Asia temperata.

Very well done, colors and sharpness, but the thing I like most is the composition
the leaves in the bottom right that gives great balance to the image, very good compliments.

Beautiful grazing light that highlights the veins of the wings and three dimensional 'subjects. Excellent sharpness and color of the flower very real.
But .. why recently we returned to 1200 points?

Thank you very much
Maximum, not a rare and important subject as may be the Machaon but my magical field is full so I try to take care of the best compositions and the light ... ;-)
Massimo, I'm glad your comment, as you know I do not use flash or lights but I try to take advantage of the natural light and some panel, here was enough to reflective below the subject to lighten the shadows, I usually just that because as you can I note rintano shade :-)

:-D
1200 for choice ;-)
