Dati di scatto? E' stata scattata a mano libera ed alte sensibilità? Se si proverei a ridurre il rumore solo sullo sfondo.
Se invece il rumore di sfondo è dovuto ad una maschera di contrasto proverei a rielaborare la foto, applicando lo sharpen solo al soggetto e non allo sfondo Sorriso
