As for the light maybe it's my fault: I always tend to stay in a bit below,
for the rest I can tell you that seeing these flowers for me and my wife is always a thrill, unfortunately you why, light, location, or other factors do not always able to make the most of their beauty. The background sky is the lightest part, orchids were on a terrace which was great as a support but which were not allowed to go up then were taken a bit 'from the bottom up.
