L'Aquila a 8 anni di distanza dal terremoto. Una città-cantiere ancora avvolta dal ricordo di una tragedia infinita, ma con un ritrovato spirito di (lenta) rinascita. Il centro storico alterna scorci devastati e ormai totalmente abbandonati ad aree con palazzi che saranno completamente restaurati e che quindi pullulano di operai, macchine, gru e vitalità.
