Ritenevo il cavaliere un uccello confidente (arrivi e non se ne va...) perchè lo trovavo in una zona molto frequentata. Poi ho cambiato zona, più appartata, accorgendomi che lì i cavalieri erano più che diffidenti. Insegnamento ricavato: ci sono cavalieri confidenti (avranno svernato in prossimità di luoghi abitati) che si posano in luoghi più incasinati, ma che sono facili da avvicinare. Meglio lasciare alla loro quiete, quindi, quelli diffidenti per abitudine consolidata, che fuggono senza più ritornare, lasciandoti a becco asciutto. E allora, puntando a quelli confidenti, si è meno invasivi e si fotografa di più e meglio.
