Reserva Barba Azul - Mi faccio lasciare dall'altro lato della laguna e resto solo fino alle 11. Qui non è per turisti e loro hanno da lavorare e la cosa mi sta bene. Non mi convince molto solo il camminare sotto il sole cocente, il non poter procedere al limitare dell'acqua perché si affonda e l'impossibilità quasi totale di avvicinare a distanza di tiro i vari soggetti. Ma tant'è. Mi godo il girovagare solitario. Mi infilo nel folto della selva. Si riesce a passare bene e ci sono anche delle aree abbastanza libere in corrispondenza dei gruppi di palme. Molti uccelli, bellissimi, ma troppo in alto, all'ombra e, peggio, in mezzo alle fronde. Dei forti versi gutturali. Sono tenuto d'occhio, dalle cime più alte, dal maschio-alfa tutto nero di un gruppo di scimmie urlatrici. Accanto anche un paio di scimmie cappuccino. Passano, molto velocemente nella macchia, dei capibara. Mi hanno mostrato ieri sera, perché non ci credevo, anche foto di maiali selvatici ovvero cinghiali. Se ne incontro uno mi sembrerà di stare a casa. Loro non credevano che in Italia centrale è pieno di cinghiali. Riesco nella pampa, fa caldissimo, mi apposto tranquillamente all'ombra di alcuni alti arbusti. Ogni tanto qualche scatto.
