Dopo avere visto un video di Renato Marcialis all'opera ho voluto provare a fare qualche scatto di nature morte con qualche ortaggio che avevo in dispensa.

To be a first attempt did not you go bad.
The light should be handled a little better, I see too much contrast between dark and clear ones.
Instead, what convinces me least is the color management. There is a magenta cast in the first step and there is a too pronounced saturation.
I also trimmed the bottom left corner.
Despite all the photo it is well composed and you watch.

I thank you for the comment and constructive criticism Marco. :-)
In fact now that you have pointed out I see myself too much magenta / purple.
How gestiresti rather the contrast, since working in the dark and illuminating almost at random with light painting is difficult to be precise? Say at pp opening a bit 'more shadows and further reducing the highlights?
Marco

Honestly, I'm not a big light painting expert and even a big fan of technology for one simple reason: in a still light must be controlled at 100%, you can not move randomly.
So, my advice is to use a fixed light filtered through a cloth or less often, a short softbox.
This way you'll have soft shadows and lights present but not incisive.
If you want to fix this shooting, it only moves as you say with shadows and lights, but will remain a correction.

I agree with only Coscarella on the lower left edge

I thank Peter for the careful analysis and commentary. the lower left corner is actually 'ugly looking'. I tried to fix it in PP but difficult to crop without also cut down onion. Something was feasible by adding a dark vignetting but in the end I decided to leave it.
