Volevamo gli aironi, aspettavamo che si posassero a qualche metro da noi, e intanto il paffutello va a fermarsi su uno scoglio davanti al nostro appostamento. Per riprenderlo, qui ho ridotto a 438 mm (no crop). Poco dopo arriva l'airone, ma invece di posarsi dove doveva, atterra proprio sullo scoglio a due metri dal capanno. E fissa dritto il capanno, tranquillo e con grande interesse. Io lo guardo dalle fessure, ben nascosto, senza muovermi. Non posso scattare: so che se muovo appena il tele lui fugge. E se scatto senza muovere il tele cosa riprendo, il particolare dei suoi calli sulle zampe? E poi il click lo farebbe scappare. Lui, tranquillo, se ne va dopo poco, insieme ad un altro compare posato nei pressi. Ma da tutt'altra parte che il punto dove lo aspettavamo, naturalmente…
