Nice shot, with a pleasant warm tones and a pleasing composition ;-)
At first I'd heard to say that would be beneficial to use the tripod and came down with the ISO, in order to reduce the noise, but all in all I think the grain effect that has on the background actually give a final touch to this photo ;-)
