at 18mm, 20 sec f/8.0, ISO 100, tripod. Parco dell'Antola, Italy.

Congratulations for the photo and for the description Matthew, I really like the light on Pentraeth! I hope you're giving satisfaction to that filter!

thank you! to tell the truth that filter basically I used only that time ahahhaah, I'm not a lover of filters, I prefer to photograph the world as it is without unnecessary artifice and bring home a nice picture studying subjects and composition rather than forcing myself with things presumably spectacular , also because then the opportunities I had to use it were few, even if the satisfactions were so many because this photo I have included in a photographic project that has become an exhibition and then I used it to make posters for advertise an event held in that country;).

Well I would say that has given you satisfaction! I personally have the ND filters taken just to try, without spending much, but I have not even been many times when I used them! I consider a polarized one more fundamental, even if then the results, excluding the sky, are not noticed too much.

I appreciate the reasoning on photographic fiction, in part I support it because it does not really like me too much, but sometimes I can also try and see if it's worth it (wind situation with sunset and clouds creating strange shapes, etc.). ).

It's nice, however, that they appreciated your shot to the point to promote it for such an initiative! :)

Well, the shot was very welcome, but I am a member of the association that organizes all the local initiatives, it is I who wanted to make it available to enhance the territory and was appreciated. Regarding the project, on the other hand, it was my personal work with two other friends who was also sponsored by the Liguria region and by an important regional natural park (Parco dell'Antola), everything revolved around the enhancement of local traditions with a photographic project with a big part of historical research. ;-)
