I agree totally with Beppe. Every time I attempt myself in similar shots, is a genre that I really like. If I can advise you, I would try to put a subject in the foreground to create some sort of entrance to the eye and I would have included fewer details in the frame, so as to have a shot "cleaner". This is obviously my point of view completely moot.
