If the photo was taken in a famous area of ??Sardinia where the annual hawk comes to winter, I should mention that this is a private property, not to mention that is part of a protected fauna oasis, and "intervene" without permission could result in the denial of access to the area. Perhaps before you do something you should think about it or inquire ... |

Gundamrx91, I understand that both the private area with regard to the stretch of water but the road is state property and well frequented by "locals" who were seen off by cars and make changes. It does not even show any sign of prohibition to access the dirt. If you explain to me the meaning of your intervention in a comment to one of my photos (which does not lead however references to the place although in easily identifiable by the network) I would be grateful for information, so as to avoid what seems to me a controversy. Grazie |

My intervention is general in nature and would just like to reflect on certain behaviors in order to avoid problems in the future just as prohibitions or otherwise. |

If you make this reflection of a picture that does not have negative implications it is misplaced. If you have to move notes or criticism rather a post in the appropriate section. |

Of incidents which have occurred I heard about it and a friend happened to witness. It is discussed in one of the FB group and share your thoughts. Unfortunately between "alleged" workshops, and photographers everywhere in between there are those who have no respect. Before going on the spot I asked about those who had shown sensitivity and respect for birds and I did mind the advice. Personally I saw four falcons and I assume that other tadpole in the area. That's confidante and stayed on the pole for more than one hour without showing any suffering for the passage of direct transport to the nearby production facilities and fish processing. I was in the car and photographed the window like everyone else present (3 cars around, including my own). Other hawks turnedbut they were more wary.
Ciao Guido |

I know the place well, even I went there several times and I always photographed from the car. About the hawks are fairly tolerant of the cars and the people who are inside (of course see us), by virtue of the constant coming and going precisely in the area of ??workers, but when they start to complain means that some discomfort they have it, much which often then fly away. Here it is up to us whether to stay or go away to avoid further disturbing (and I more than once I preferred to give up).
Giuseppe |
