L'isola di Staffa è un'isoletta delle Ebridi interne in Scozia, la caratteristica dell'isola raggiungibile sono con imbarcazioni a pagamento, è la particolare conformazione geologica fatta di colonne basaltiche. Avevo già visto questo fenomeno in Irlanda del Nord al Giant's Causeway. Nell'isola si può stare solo un'ora, giusto il tempo di fare qualche scatto.. Di quest'isola si è innamorato anche il grande compositore Mendelsshon il quale compose una famosa "ouverture" proprio in ricordo di questo posto incantato.
