Un mondo di sofferenza e di lunghe agonie per pettirossi, tordi, cince, codirossi, passere scopaiole, beccacce, allodole, fringuelli, scriccioli e altri piccoli passeriformi protetti. Ecco il pesante quadro si nasconde dietro a un piatto di “polenta e osei”, la polenta con gli uccellini allo spiedo, piatto tradizionalmente molto amato nelle vallate bergamasche ma soprattutto bresciane. Proprio in queste ultime, secondo dati forniti dalla LAC, la Lega per l'Abolizione della Caccia, si concentra la più intensiva attività di bracconaggio ai piccoli uccelli dell'Europa intera. * "Polenta e Osei" when losers are robins!
