50 minutes after sunset, this evening.
Took me so long to walk there from the bus stop (it's 5kms) that I arrived late and shoot from 1 km distance, with 300mm lens.
The thick bank of cloud above soon closed in and then it became very dark and misty, with no moon, it was not a nice place to be, at all! I then had to walk back! (Good torch required)
This was the very last shot taken, I got some very nice ones earlier, of the ancient landscape Stonehenge is situated in and less zoomed in ones, a few of which I hope to upload soon. |
