Mia suocera cucina soltanto con ricette che le sono state tramandate da nonna e mamma, come si faceva un tempo (chi serve la pasta sulla "scifa"?)
Ho inserito una sua ricetta nel mio album fotografico, trovi il link sopra, ti consiglio vivamente di provarla, vorrei poi carpirle qualche altro segreto, appena ho qualche nuova ricetta la posto ben volentieri.
Devo dirti che la pasta era spettacolare tenendo anche presente il fatto che tutti gli ingredienti sono di produzione propria...

My mother-in-law only cooking with recipes that have been handed down from her grandmother and mother, as it was a time (who serves on pasta "SCIFA"?)
I entered one of his recipes in my photo album, see link above, I strongly recommend you try it, I would then carpirle some other secret, just some new recipe I gladly place.
I must say that the pasta was spectacular keeping in mind the fact that all the ingredients are homemade ...
