a piece of information, I see in this picture a common fault to my canon, symmetrical colored bubbles to the optical axis that increase as you get farther away from the optical axis on the stars pù bright ... a curiosity, have you changed the 600d?

... I do not understand why with such a low temperature you have pushed the exposure up to a point just 2 minutes ... to the benefit of an increase is the frame .... due to its accuracy !!! and then finally the iso ... will be that I am working with a camera a little worn but 800 ISO and a higher exposure offset the increase in sensitivity ...
it is clear that is my question to my mind more than legitimate ...
as regards the image seems well balanced, however, it lacks a long signal to the call ...
for the strange optical artifacts I can only say that perhaps the optics are not up to the task? I would not know because I have never used this goal ... ;-)

Hello Marzio,
not the 600D I have not changed me. As for the lack of "colored bubbles" someone told me that it may depend on the Baader, it seems that with the filter does not Astrodon succede..boh!

Ciao Vega,
Giorgio

....ahahah devi scegliere...o magni o fotografi!!!!

Riccardo

Giorgio compliments for the image, is a shot similar to one that I have in mind, just that I would cut Rigel, and not cut off the bottom of the Witch. Coming very well the NGC 1788 region.
