The spirit of Nepal sent on January 05, 2017 (15:02) by Fabio Vegetti. 22 comments, 1168 views. [retina]

at 17mm, 1/1600 f/11.0, ISO 800, hand held. Kathmandu, Nepal.

I visited Nepal and Kathmandu partricolar so many times, the starting point for mountaineering expeditions and trekking at high altitude or as a starting point to go to Tibet.
What is the situation after the earthquake?

Thank you friends ;-)
After the earthquake, Marco, the situation is still precarious ... many buildings have been destroyed ... and reconstruction is quite slow. We met with little tourism, a shame ... because these people really needs tourism to recover. Another problem is the closed borders with Tibet that do not help the Nepalese tourism economy ... we hope for a happier future for this fascinating nation.
A greeting
Fabio
