La pesca con la lampara e fiocina è svolta solitamente in coppia , con un timoniere ed fiocinatore che utilizza un secchio con il fondo in vetro per scrutare il fondale marino. Il pesci attirati ed immobilizzati dalla fonte luminosa finiscono per essere catturati. (Riproposta senza artefatti in sRGB 8BIT)
