Unfortunately this bird besides being great and also really piccolino and my 200 400 was very short, of facts it is a crop almost 100%. However, I have devised a new strategy for avvicinarmici. Thank you all for the comments.

ciao
Nello

A beautiful subject, great light but suffers from micro moved, given the distance you needed not a very closed aperture at the expense of speed, even if it is the result of a strong crop the result would have been much better, in PP must be careful not to burn whites and give too much saturation, the orange color of the plumage loses details, requires a selective saturation.

Ollen says micro well on rough, with a focal length of 400 freehand must be at least 1/400 of time and at steady hand. Too bad, because it is a beautiful capture yours.
