Bravo fascia, know perfectly well the impossibility of these shots. About a month ago I posted some too. In my opinion, however, the background is not homogeneous is not a problem, I find it more realistic to the document (in fact the Martin fishing in those places). These photos like these that deserve the compliments for the consistency and the technical skill of the photographer. Bravissimo! :-P:-P

Sorry in that sense in captivity, you mean that someone has put in a cage martino? or do you mean made in an oasis? Because if so then all my photos to people who go wild at certain times of the year Racconigi would be taken into captivity.
To return to photo is spledida with the reeds in the background, on the other hand there lives solitamnte

Unfortunately, the image is a bit small so the yield is at least halved (is a strong crop?) .......
In any case it is a beautiful image of which it is easy to know the difficulties of realization ......

I know the difficulty of the shot and I congratulate you, then just frame it that cannon multiplied on the fly!
But look say that it is a subject in captivity means that it is in a cage! (From the Latin captivus = prisoner) and since I do not think you could make it in a cage at least do a corrigendum! quoto that the image is too small! but not the proper subject the photo you posted!

I answer first in Berne: The image is a bit 'cropped but the crop is not the cause of the image size. I usually public all my images to 800 long side. In the future publish larger.
To respond to others, perhaps I expressed myself badly, in fact, the term "captivity" was not the most appropriate ... I only meant to say that I never use bait or something, then the shot is "right now." Thank you all for the ride!
