Live at Epcot - Orlando FL Pirotecnica formazione tra le mie preferite dedita al revival anni 50-60. Il loro sound è un irrefrenabile miscela di Swing-Jump Blues-Boogie ad alto tasso danzereccio...!!! Formatisi in quel di Ventura, nel sud della California nei primi anni 90 ad opera del cantante e chitarrista Scotty Morris. Il simpatico nome, narra la leggenda, è nato ad opera di Albert Collins al termine di una sua, pare indimenticabile serata, alla quale assistette il nostro Scotty in giovane età...!!! Al termine di quella esibizione il nostro, si presentò al cospetto del "maestro", per una dedica sul manifesto della serata, il quale scrisse... "To Scotty, the Big Voodoo Daddy..!!" Da li a poco, quando si tratto di trovare il nome per il nascituro "ensemble" si trovò sulla locandina belle e che pronto, il nome più "Cool" che avesse mai sentito... Il resto è storia... Al loro attivo hanno una decina di album... e se vi capitano tra le mani... non ve li perdete...!!!
