I agree with Paul on focus, contrast medium (unsharp mask) and lights.
You can selectively intervene with layer masks, only on the subject, increasing the sharpness and decreasing the highlights ..... the noise, however, can be reduced selectively in the background.
It should also correct the inclination (left) of the image, the reflections have to be mirrored.
