I like the subject and the general idea, but I would have done it differently: for example, the trees on the right are another element, but, being at the edges, they are almost a distraction! :-D In my opinion, there could be a way to include sun, subject (I have no idea what it is) and trees in the background: moving further back and to the left, I would try to include these three elements in the scene. Another consideration is that I would shoot at a wider aperture, so as to make the sun and trees (which are out of focus) more blurry, and make the eye focus on the subject. In pp, I would also have slightly raised the shadows to reduce the contrast a bit. Personal opinions 8-)
