At least I had changed the lens on the camera, was about to embrace the outside world, peered up to see what was going on outside the window and then took a couple of shots, and thought "that'll do" and the ideas came from what the image looked like. But seriously, I hope it encouraged folk to get their images closer to home when the weather is bad. That it got 4 more Hearts than I thought it would probably suggests that it did. |

I've nothing against getting a shot close to home when it's difficult to do otherwise but I try not to let the weather put me off going outside to get something! I know you're not averse to putting up with uncomfortable conditions either! Of course, I do have the comfort of a car and have been known to photograph the rain by just lowering the window for a while.....
