at 370mm, 1/640 f/9.0, ISO 400, hand held. New Forest National Park, United Kingdom.

March 2016. Crazy levels of sharpness and added contrast needed from my old 135-400mm lens to try and create this highly etched, graphic effect of these impenetrable birches, next to a bog. No doubt, my improved replacement 120-400mm lens will prove better for such this winter. #BlackAndWhite #Abstract

March 2016. Crazy levels of sharpness and added contrast needed from my old non stabilised 135-400mm lens to try and create this highly etched, graphic effect of these impenetrable birches, next to a bog.

No doubt, my improved, stabilised replacement 120-400mm lens will prove better for such this winter.

Hi Tim, The Mighty Magnificence is one of the most beautiful scenes I've ever seen. That must've been truly awesome to see. Bye for now.
