Insieme al giaguaro uno dei simboli del Pantanal, icona della conservazione, successo degli sforzi per preservare la specie, una vera meraviglia alata, questo è l'ara giacinto; come in altri posti tropicali se c'è il sole la finestra per fotografare è veramente breve, già alle 8 del mattino la luce diventa di pietra, se è nuvolo addio colori, dei dieci giorni passati li uno dei pochi momenti di luce favorevole mi ha permesso di fare questa foto. Pouso Alegre, agosto 2016
