Storia: Sorse sulle rovine del castello di Castiglione Olona, nel Seprio, fortificazione più volte distrutta tra il Basso medioevo e il primo Rinascimento. Detta anche la Collegiata, per la presenza un tempo di un collegio di canonici, la chiesa fu consacrata il 15 marzo 1425 e venne costruita in stile gotico lombardo. Oltre alla chiesa sono presenti un campanile e il chiostro dove si affaccava la canonica ed il battistero, costruito sulle fondamenta di una torre. In una sala è infine allestito il museo della Collegiata, dove sono esposti dipinti e arredi sacri. A lato sorge la Locanda Alla collegiata, ottimo angolo ristoro..
