Disteso come un serpente sul crinale che conduce da Camino alla vicina Cantavenna, Isolengo è un borgo immerso nella pace campestre. Merita una visita la chiesa di San Martino, il cui campanile è il simbolo del borgo. Ad un paio di chilometri dall'abitato, in direzione Pontestura, si scorgono sulla destra i resti di una vecchia ciminiera, che solitaria fa da vedetta sul territorio.
