Ho cercato appunto di evitare il classico scatto che inquadrasse solo lower Manhattan, inquadrando "l'altro lato del ponte" e includendo sullo sfondo l' Empire State e il Chrysler Building, che si vedono solo se ingranditi.
Mi fa piacere che abbiate apprezzato anche il dettaglio anche se, complessivamente sarebbe potuta essere molto più nitida; fare lunghe esposizioni sul ponte di Brooklyn in continuo movimento (per via del passaggio delle auto) è veramente un'impresa e ancora peggio è provarci sul Manhattan Bridge dove passano le metro

La prima è che, l'appoggio di fortuna era proprio la "trave" del ponte stesso, il corpo macchina (senza laccetto) e il 14-24 erano praticamente sospesi sulla strada, a 1 metro dall'inizio della trave appoggiati al millimetro tra i bulloni Sarebbe bastata una vibrazione un po più forte per far ruzzolare tutto giù...e a quel punto l'unica via d'uscita sarebbe stata solo quella di gettarsi nell' Hudson per dimenticare
E poi, tanto per gradire, a te che ci sei stato, ti ricorderai che quello è il lato del ponte dove c'e' la ciclabile, e sono sicuro che avrai sperimentato di persona la simpatia dei newyorkesi quando sono in bicicletta o a far jogging, specialmente sul ponte Quindi dovevo settare tutto, controllare l'inquadratura, e lanciare il timer autoscatto, per poi allontanarmi quando vedevo che stavano arrivando le biciclette

Ma la macchina ce l'avevi su un minicavalletto tipo gorillapod o direttamente appoggiata sulla trave alla vecchia? Nel secondo caso sarebbe stata un bel mattone (e anche molto costoso) anche per le auto di sotto...
Comunque sono daccordissimo con te, quei ponti sono veramente bellissimi, a me è piaciuto pure il Queensboro Bridge.
