Mi rimandano in qualche modo alle foto dei camalli di Genova di Lisetta Carmi, dove si vede sulla pelle delle persone la fatica di un lavoro che spezza le ossa e brucia la pelle.
Mi risalta anche il contrasto con i cartelloni appesi al mulino, giù in fondo, dove ormai, per noi turisti d'assalto, il sale viene promosso come un'esperienza quasi glamour, leggera ... da aperitivo gourmet (lo so perché sono stato anch'io alle saline di Trapani), mentre dietro c'è fatica e sudore cui fatichiamo sempre di più ad attribuire valore.
