la specie è gatto selvatico africano,non so se ibridato con gatti inselvatichiti o meno.in sudafrica salvo alcune zone remote il"ceppo genetico" del gatto selvatico non è più puro.è comunque curioso notare nella specie selvatica gli stessi atteggiamenti presenti nei ns gatti domestici.solitamente la specie africana è prevalentemente notturna ma nel freddo inverno australe non è raro osservarla al sole.golden gate n.p.,free state ,sud africa scatto dall'auto,leggero crop compositivo
