la foto è stata scattata nella Fjallabak Nature Reserve, secondo me una della zone più spettacolari delle Central Highlands. Molto bello anche il percorso della F35, ma assolutamente non ai livelli di Fjallabak.
Il problema di Fjallabak è che le piste possono essere piuttosto "incasinate", sicuramente in condizioni mediamente peggiori della F35.
Ad ogni modo vivere l'aurora come hai fatto te lungo il Kjolur è un'esperienza magnifica che pochissime persone che vengono qui fanno! :)
Questa foto è stata scattata ad ISO 800 per 2 secondi di posa: l'aurora era fortissima!
In quei momenti è sempre complicato esporre correttamente perchè è facile bruciare la parte più luminosa, e non te ne rendi conto dall'istogramma. Qui sono andato a "pelo" per avere leggibilità nelle ombre e credo di averla esposta perfettamente. La parte luminosa la vedevo bianca così come appare nella foto.
Anche stasera ci sarà aurora e qui a Reykjavik il cielo è completamente sereno, ma stasera rimango a casa.. magari mi faccio due passi al centro più tardi per vedere i turisti scattarla con il cellulare! :)
