Grazie a tutti!

Thank you all!

where you have taken if they are not too curious ....?

You must park in Passo Rolle, then take a path on the right until you get to three pools just before the "Lake Cavallazza."

It 'a walk of an hour and a half, not particularly difficult.

Complimenti come sempre.
Ti ringrazio maestro

Congratulations as always. To see the clouds have found a bit of wind. I would like to ask you some questions: Do not bother the wind, for the detail of the shot, with an exposure of 30 sec. It 'a sum of multiple photos to properly expose the sky and the darkest part of the pond? Last where he decided to focus on, the stone in the lake in the foreground or the rocks that surround the lake to the mountains?
Thank you master

I did not bother on the wind, for the detail of the shot, with an exposure of 30 sec.

Luckily no, the tripod was at its lowest and was not affected by the wind, even if the risk actually was.

It 'a sum of multiple photos to properly expose the sky and the darkest part of the pond?

No, it is a single shot, but I have made several interventions through selective layer mask to optimize exposure, color and contrast in each area of ??the frame.

Last where he decided to focus on,

The viewfinder was totally black as well as live view, I went to attempt to find the best focus, which in this case is pIU or less on the rocks of the mountains.

Fantastica!!!

ciao
Paolo

Fantastic! I seem to see the sky on Saturday night at 3,000 m above sea level behind the Monviso! : P
Trivia:

"The viewfinder was totally black"
May be valid to focus on the moon?

hello
Paul

Ciao,
Francesco

I find it very noisy Juza, the sky is where I think we can still do something, and more than anything else on the ground where you can see the patches of green and magenta electronic noise.
You set the 7d "reducing noise exposure luncghe"? Through exposure "dark", ie shutter closed, the machine recognizes and eliminates most of the noise. (Obviously needs a time equivalent to that in which the shutter can not be used).
I really like the atmosphere though, and the presence of stars on a scene that seems day ;)
Too bad for the detail on the blades of St. Martin which is very mixed.
Hello,
Francis

click and 'a great impact in composition, but personally I find it a bit' dark in the middle left (the rock). 30 sec exposure very well make the speed 'of the clouds, a greeting teacher

Thanks for the comments!

I never use this function actually does not reduce the noise, but the hot pixels, or pixels colored light to case because of the overheating of the sensor ... but with modern SLRs up to a few minutes of exposure is not needed.

but wanting to see the original?

here it is:
