Beautiful shapes in a black and white from "nostalgic" flavor (corn laws). I love this kind of contrasts. Love it! Belle geometrie in un bianco e nero dal sapore "nostalgico" (leggi grana). Adoro questo tipo di contrasti. Love it! |

I can't keep up with all your postings of late! The quality and the black and white is remarkable for a long ranging superzoom, congratulations. |

Sballone Lol! They will come to an abrupt halt soon when I go to Spain and will be without easy access to the internet for a while, Tim. Thanks for your lovely comment on this one. My superzoom still serves me well much of the time and, as you know, I'm hooked on Silver Efex for processing! Ann :)) |

When are you off? |
| sent on September 27, 2016 (14:33)
The day after tomorrow. I'll be back the weekend after next. It's forecast to be solid sunshine for the next 10 days and temperatures in the upper twenties. It will be good to get a final blast of heat before coming back to autumn temperatures, although I have to admit I'm loving seeing the first of the autumn colours appearing and feeling the freshness in the air beginning to creep in! I'm looking forward to the new season and photographing the autumn trees when I return! |

Yes, it's always good to look forward to the next season - us lot appreciate and notice the changes far more than most folk, of course. It was nice to go about in refreshingly cool temperatures up to the woods the other day. I then found on my way back hundreds of coloured snails had climbed up fence posts to get some late morning sun - a remarkable sight. I might even post up an image? And I don't blame you wanting go getting one last blast, of course. I've also replied to your comment on my latest which helps explain. |
